NOV Aftermarket and Spares is currently recruiting for a Customer Repair Representative (CRR) to join our team at 5100 N Sam Houston Pkwy W (Bammel Facility) to coordinate the entire repair process and interface with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate and track repair jobs, reporting statuses regularly to customers and internal stakeholders.
Work with customers to define Scope of Work.
Create and control quotes including review of credit worthiness and compliance approval. Revise and adjust quotes as necessary and communicate with customers.
Communicate with vendors and objectively evaluate vendor quotations to ensure the financial practicability of the overall project and ensure project deadlines are achieved.
Submit customer repair orders within the Enterprise Resource Planning "ERP" system.
Demonstrate excellence in customer service and professionally handle difficult interactions with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Interact with engineers and read mechanical drawings and schematics as related to repair jobs.
Develop ITP/Quality Plan and coordinate associated activities.
Regularly provide project updates to NOV department managers.
Identify and communicate improvement opportunities within applicable work systems.
Comply with all NOV Company policies and procedures established by the Quality Management System, HSE, as well as all other Corporate guidelines.
Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Technical education highly desired
3-5 years' experience in manufacturing environment preferable
NOV product knowledge or experience a plus
Inside Sales experience a plus

Technical Competencies

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of ERP Systems
Oil and Gas industry technical knowledge desirable
5S experience or knowledge desirable
