Key Accountabilities & Deliverables: Provide financial support to business partners, including FP&A activities such as month-end close, providing oversight on transactional finance processes executed by business partners and assisting with annual budgeting and monthly forecast update process. Prepare and ensure the quality, accuracy and timeliness of the month-end close, monthly reports, accruals, balance sheet reviews, forecasts and annual budget/operating plan preparation. Review, analyze and monitor the performance of regional finance results, preparing various analytical reports and other ad-hoc requests for distribution to executive management. Support month-end close functions Perform ad hoc analysis for senior management Skills & Experience Required: 2-5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, with public accounting and/or private industry experience preferred Experience working inConsumer Products or Consumer Goods, a plus Strong technology skills and working knowledge/understanding of business finance platforms, including advanced Excel skills, as well as ERP (Navision preferred) experience.
