This position will work closely with executives in the C-suite, key functional leaders, investors and equity research analysts.* Active involvement in developing external messaging based on the Company's strategy, positioning within peer group and market activity; includes but not limited to quarterly earnings releases, conference calls and investor presentations* Assist in managing relationships with key external stakeholders, including investors and equity research analysts* Review and analyze financial models* Attend investor relations events as needed, including targeted investor meetings, roadshows and industry conferences* Proactively identify emerging issues faced by the organization, including financial trends, market dynamics and shareholder issues* Maintain strong relationships with leaders throughout the organization, including regular interaction with CEO, CFO, COO and other C-suite executives* Assist with other communications related projects as needed* Bachelor's degree* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience; investor relations, buy-side or equity research experience preferred* High energy, maturity, and leadership with the ability to strategically communicate* Highly collaborative style; demonstrated skill and comfort in proactively building relationships internally with senior level and executive management, peers and employees at all levels and externally with investors and equity research analysts* Knowledge of financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors* Understanding of the oil & gas industry and business practices* Very strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects (with minimal supervision at times) with multiple stakeholders* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Technical expertise in the Microsoft Suite (Office, Excel, PPT)* Display consistent judgment, tact and diplomacy* Ability to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure* Flexibility to react to changing deadlines and priorities* Imaginative, creative thinker with ability to innovate and create at a quick paceSWN requires newly hired employees to be fully vaccinated or to have had the second dose of COVID-19 vaccine on or before first day of employment.
