NETZSCH Pumps is looking for a self-motivated, hands-on, mechanically inclined individual to work as a Regional Salesperson promoting the NETZSCH product line in the oil and gas industry within the Permian Basin. The ideal candidate will live within the Permian Basin area.NETZSCH Pumps North America, LLC, an internationally operated technology company, is the world market leader for Progressing Cavity Pumps that are used in a variety of industrial applications.This person will sell the entire NETZSCH Pump product line directly to customers, end users, service companies, etc. by performing the following duties among others:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals within the territory.Review market analyses to determine customer needs.Promote the NETZSCH product line within the industry and at trade association functions.Deliver sales presentations (virtually and in person as able) to clients in coordination with corporate policies.Meet with clients, maintain relationships and negotiation and deal consummation.Successful candidates will have at least five years' experience with artificial lift equipment, preferably progressing cavity pumps; or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and at least two years' experience. In addition, candidates should have:The ability to have related business and technical discussions as well as the ability to speak in front of groups.A valid driver's license and current passport.Artificial lift or progressing cavity pump experience is requiredThe ability to travel up to 50%, mostly in the Permian Basin region with some international trips.
