PARTICLE AND OIL ANALYST

Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Temp-to-hire

Payrate: $18.00 - $20.00

Location: Maryland Heights, MO 63043

Experience: 2+ years in a similar role

PARTICLE AND OIL ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The main responsibility of the position will start with basic particle analysis, basic microscope operation
  for taking images of the membrane and generating reports
• After demonstrating proficiency there will
  be training on optical particle analysis and lastly making and analyzing ferrograms
• Reliability
• Attention to detail
• Maintain a clean work area
• Recording tests and analyses and then reporting the results
• Discussing and answering any questions regarding the results
• Cleaning and maintaining lab equipment, including recalibration of equipment
• Staying current on technical and scientific advances in their field

PARTICLE AND OIL ANALYST REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and/or particle analysis
• Ability to work on own and balance the workload independently
• 4 year degree preferred but not required
