QUALITY DIRECTOR-

JOB SUMMARY

  • Establish and coordinate accountabilities for program work spread across teams, and work collaboratively with team leaders to ensure there are appropriate work plans and ongoing assessment and feedback on team and employee performance
  • Partner across the company's departments to support the needs of the QIN-QIO contract, including analytics, marketing and communications, business development, finance and accounting, information technology, human resources
  • Create and maintain program infrastructure to support consistent, high-quality communication on contract updates and performance within SQI and other parts of the organization and to ensure accountable leaders, senior management and all project staff receive necessary information to make decisions, take action and execute contract activities effectively
  • Collaborate with other QIN QIOs, federal and state contractors and others to share and track promising practices to support the outcomes of the company's work and the program goals
  • Directly supervise contract operations staff and provide guidance and support to project teams and oversee the work of subcontractors, vendors, and partners to ensure alignment with contract aims and deliverables
  • Contract and project start-up and wind down activities, including sustainability planning and supporting development of startup processes for program teams
  • Serving as the named contract program director and primary liaison to CMS contract officer
  • Primary responsibility for contract deliverables and performance, ensuring deliverables, reports and other work products are high quality and on time
  • Establish and monitor the program budget and ensure team leaders have the information they need to make decisions and stay on budget

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • MA/MS in health care administration, public health, or related field (Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in related field may be substituted)
  • 8 years of experience in health care program and/or contract administration; health care quality improvement experience preferred
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Experience managing programs or large-scale projects, including project planning, budget creation and monitoring, managing teams, subcontractors and/or vendors
