The Opportunity: The Contract Auditor, Contract Development will provide detailed contract oversight to ensure that all terms and conditions of the contracts are adhered to, identifying and managing contract risks, and preparing packages for new O&M Wind contracts and amendments. Procurement efforts involve the coordination and monitoring of the purchasing of supplies and services throughout the contract lifecycle. What You'll Do at Enel: Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Effectively monitor contract management processes and make sure that those are followed throughout O & M Wind organization Responsible for initiating contract process, communicates needs with sites/regions, strategic sourcing working alongside with O & M Wind functions to source quality vendors & create a DB of high-quality vendors Prepare/monitor contract management KPIs and manage presentations for business review meetings local & global Involved in purchase request creations for new contract needs (through SAP MM module), checks existing contracts (terms conditions, uploads spare parts catalogues - responsible for contract change order execution, provide feedback to O & M Wind stakeholders and also evaluates the correct execution of agreements (support claims, etc) Monitor existing contracts and make sure that Terms & conditions (liquidated damages, warranties) are applied correctly Provide Contract Training to the Field O&M Teams to ensure good information is turned over to the Contracts team and the timing of needs. Develop and own contract database and other tools to assist in tracking progress of contracts (monitor expiration dates, amount consumption) Develop a reporting structure and provide real time data of contract status to key stakeholders on a regular basis. Assist in creating the Plan of Needs through the company tool for all future contract needs Manage the development of required documentation and details in collaboration with Site Personnel, Technical Services, or other relevant departments to build RFP packages for proposed contracts. SOW, SOV Coordinate affectively with sites, TS functions, Logistics in order to collect all future needs and define how those are going to be fulfilled Coordinate with central EGP Wind contract management functions to effectively define global contracts strategy and support in the correct local implementation of those Provide relevant reports/information (upon request) to central EGP Wind contract management functions and participate in global initiatives related with contract management process optimization (tools development, new processes, new systems) Work in close coordination with the Procurement Department and record the proper documentation for each transaction according to Procurement policy. Participate in contract and change order negotiation meetings after contract award by Procurement to understand the final agreements reached. Prepare and process contract amendments and submit to Procurement, ensuring adherence to the Procurement procedures, track the progress until finalization, and prepare and maintain all documents in the designated location Lead local activations for current and future Global contracts with the Global Procurement Team Lead enhancement of purchasing and planning requirements with field personnel, Technical Support and Operational Support Ensure compliance with EGPNA processes and procedures Responsible for audit requirements related to contracts as delegated Who You Are: Contract management experience min. 5 years Educational background related with supply chain Excellent written and verbal communications, interpersonal, and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with SAP MM/PUR is mandatory (min. 3 years) Formidable organizational and detail orientation skills Knowledgeable of purchasing and expediting procedures Able to interpret legal documents and agreements Possible domestic travel (0-10%) with limited advance notice and to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and nights.
