Assure customer accounts are set up correctly per customer request and in compliance with utility tariffs, rules, and regulations. Represent Company professionally, promote a positive attitude, and team environment. Provide quality customer service to both internal and external customers._ _Position-Related Responsibilities:_ + Assist UNS Gas, UNS Electric, and TEP customers with special program requests + Process new Budget Bill requests, provde semi-annual review of budget bill accounts, explain increase/decrease of budget bill amount to customers Process new, recertify and auto-enroll CARES and Lifeline DiscountUpdate accounts with Warm Spirit/HEERO contributions and work Agency Desk recording Assistance Agency promissory vouchers for payment on customer accounts, process Agency payments, follow-up appropriately to cease severance process activities for customers receiving guarantee of payment on account. + _Perform miscellaneous duties as required, filing, etc._ + _Assist other departments throughout the Company as needed or directed_ + _Promote team environment; lead by example, represent company professionally_ + _Provide quality customer service to both internal and external customers_ + _Travel and overtime may be required_ + This position may provide services to affiliates of the Company subject to the UNS Energy Codeof Conduct and the related Policies and Procedures. _Knowledge, skills and abilities:_ + _High school diploma or equivalent_ + _Excellent verbal and written communication skills_ + _Valid Arizona drivers license_ + _Electric and Natural Gas utility background preferred_ + _Computer experience, i.e.: word, excel, windows environment, email, etc._ + _Working knowledge of CC&B system preferred_ + _Excellent organizational skills_ + _Ability to multitask_ + _Must be a team player showing flexibility and diversity_ _All employees are expected and required to adhere to the Company Code of Ethics and Principles of Conduct._ _Salary Zone: SP $20.16_ _Last HR Review Date: 4/29/19_ Open until filled Pay Rate: Depends on experience & qualifications.
